Job Title: Supplier Quality Management Analyst

Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire

Rate:  £33.88ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £25.26ph on a PAYE basis

Employment Type: Contract (Currently financed until March 2027)

Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week

Position Description:

Supplier Quality Management work includes:

• Identifying, coaching, and managing suppliers according to organization quality standards and policies
• Providing advice and training on quality protocols and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organization and applicable government standards
• Negotiating service level agreements, performance/quality metrics and ensuring contractual obligations are met
• Resolving supplier problems related to quality, performance, and service level
• Identifying and certifying alternative suppliers to mitigate supply disruption risks
• Level: A Specialist Professional (P4) is a recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.

  Responsibilities typically include:

• Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
• Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.
• Problems faced are difficult and often complex.

Skills required:           

• Able to drive delivery of critical work streams for a Software release in automotive (Requirement status, Test status, Defects and be able to summarize this to users of Software to allow for effective use of Software in business.

Education:      

• BSc in engineering (Must)
• Certification in PMP/SAFe/RACE/APSICE (preferred)
