Job Title: Inventory Associate
Location: Brome, IP23 7HN – 5 days per week
Rate: Annual Salary approx. £30,000
Employment Type: Full time
Hours: 40 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Creating/Maintaining inventory track sheet for the parts handed over from Stakeholders in the business.
- Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products for a business in racks / stacking frames / shelves.
- Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards.
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with Management and other Stakeholders in the business.
- Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count.
- Implementing loss prevention programs to prevent theft.
Education Required:
- Any Degree, Preferred Automobile.
Experience required:
- Strong experience in any field of Inventory Management as Inventory Clerk or Material Recording Clerk.
- Preferably in the automotive field.
Skillset Required:
- Ability to scan and record product information to maintain accurate inventory data.
- Stock shelves and distribute incoming merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
- Assess the quality of product before putting it on store shelves.
- Mathematical and analytical skills.
- Automobile parts knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use overhead crane / stackers/ forklift.
- Ability to design inventory racks would be an added advantage.
