Rate: Upto £33.30ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £24.83ph PAYE

Position Description:
The client is seeking a talented Retouch Artist with extensive experience in delivering high-quality content across commercial projects in the automotive, fashion, and luxury sectors.
As part of our growing team based within our client's Design Division, you'll collaborate with photographers, editors, and videographers to assess briefs, engage with clients, and manage your time effectively.
Skills Required:
- A good understanding of Colour Theory and Visual Composition with a solid grasp of how to enhance images creatively while maintaining their natural look and feel, aligning with the intended narrative.
- Strong experience in professional automotive and lifestyle photography retouch with a portfolio that demonstrates their capabilities with an emphasis on quality and consistency.
- Strong experience and proficiency in editing software/tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and/or Capture One.
- Retoucher must understand advanced features such as layers, masks, colour grading and non-destructive editing techniques to achieve seamless results.
Requirements:
- A good understanding of photography principles, color theory, and digital editing techniques.
- Proficiency in photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.
Experience Preferred:
- Bonus points for experience in retouching video content.
- Familiarity with CG Programs such as Blender, Maya, or Unreal Engine is also valued.

Additional Information:
This role is a fully remote model. The client still expects the candidate to be onsite in the initial weeks more regularly and thereafter they might be asked to be onsite once a fortnight.
