Job Description:
This opportunity is for a Trainer within the Manufacturing Digitalisation & Innovation Team. The Trainer's overarching objective is to identify the users in scope for training, understand what they require, create the material, plan and deliver.
The candidate's role is to get the organisation engaged and ready for the change, ensuring that the change is adopted and sustained. In order to achieve this, the Trainer will be able to monitor and manage the impact of change.
Key activities include:
- Process assessment and stakeholder identification in the form of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Design, Create and Deliver role-based user training.
- Developing training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides.
- Evaluating the users level of knowledge at appropriated levels.
- Identify and onboard Early Adopters and Super Users.
- Conducting training impact assessments.
- Creating stakeholder training and engagement plans and supporting the communication of these to relevant end users.
- Any other given task that falls into the employee's qualifications or abilities.
Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in training role.
- Experience creating bespoke training material using a variety of methods.
- Available to work on-site 5 days per week.
Skills Preferred:
- Understanding and knowledge of business requirements and solution design methodologies.
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to remain positive and focused under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of establishing, building and maintaining relationships.
- Working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to a changing working environment.
- Responding quickly and decisively to changing circumstances and able to deal with ambiguity MS Office suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
Experience Preferred:
- Knowledge of Manufacturing.
- Execution Systems Knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
- Previously used SAP EN or Articulate.
