Job Description:
The CAD Team within Digital Engineering is responsible for providing a quality output of CAD to various customers to enable overall program delivery and support physical part order. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and distribution of CAD Status Reports using data available from a variety of sources including the 3D Experience Toolset. Reports will be distributed to Customer and Stakeholder Groups for insights and future workload planning to enable CAD maturation within a Program Life Cycle.
The candidate will be responsible for creating and distributing CAD Status Reports, followed by requesting updated and feedback from Technical Group Leads on a regular basis. They will also be responsible for producing Visualisation of Part Order Status within the CAD Toolset. This role will also be responsible for maintaining the CAD Team Process Documentation. The candidate will gather new process requirements and conduct annual reviews of existing process documentation. They will work closely with the CAD Team to ensure all process documentation is verified and all changes are implemented in-line with the agreed process standards.

- High level of skills within Excel & MS Powerpoint.

- Experience of working within project planning utilising reporting or data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident to communicate across all levels.
- Good Team player Self-Motivated
Experience Required:
- Degree qualified experience in creating and designing reports.
- Experience in handling large amounts of data.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Background in process development or Quality Management Systems.
- Experience in using Tableau.
- Proficient in the use and application Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience Preferred:
- Project Management experience.
