Job Title: PA

Rate: £24.7 ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £18.90 ph PAYE

Employment Type: Contract (12 Months)

Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week

Description:

Looking to hire a high-profile candidate who will become a part of the business and lead the reimagine strategy working in a small and very collaborative team.

The ideal candidate should be happy to work at pace on strategically important projects. Experience working in the automotive industry would be desirable.

Skills Required:
  • Highly organised and has the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel spanning across PA style requests and office administrative work, interfacing with multiple stakeholder groups including senior directors, other administrative stakeholders and operational executors (property contractors, print services etc.).
  • Resilient as this job is demanding in terms of the importance of the work, and candidates will have to be able to manage their own workload whilst also striving to help support the wider team with co-ordination.
  • Successful candidate will need to manage complex tasks using a variety of systems and processes with a wide range of stakeholder involvement.
  • The candidate is expected to be an excellent communicator as our company engages across the entire organisation up to external and senior internal stakeholders and therefore a highly articulate, excellent communicator is required to be at the centre of this team.
  • Candidates should be able to build strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Experience Required:
  • Experience of managing projects within an office environment is required (e.g. project managing a property transformation).
  • Previous experience in a PA/ EA role at an executive level in a fast moving dynamic environment is preferred.
  • IT skills should be advanced and ability to problem solve is a must.
  • The primary set of tools used would be from the Microsoft Office suite, such as Outlook (including the web based version), Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • In addition the ability to build and maintain an internal network of contacts to get this done when necessary will be imperative.
Experience Preferred:
  • Experience of taking minutes and actions in formal meetings.
  • Experience managing Microsoft groups.
  • Experience buidling and maintaining SharePoint sites.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Resource management experience.
