Rate:  £500 per day via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £372.60 per day PAYE

Job Description:

Looking to hire a senior business analyst who is required to join an exciting programme transforming the financial service offerings in several key markets as a part of client's reimagine strategy. This exciting opportunity will require working in a multi-organisation landscape and see the role holder working closely within business and partner teams to understand specific requirements to achieve the strategic objective.
 
They will have strong analytical skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization, whilst being self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. The role can be undertaken under hybrid working practices, however attendance on site at either Gaydon or Whitley is expected from the candidate at least 1-2 days a week.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in a wide range of IT and digital centric projects and programmes, delivering transformational business change within context of financial services, ideally including regulatory change to core banking/CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable experience of documenting business requriements and translating to IT specifications to ensure smooth workflow, using techniques such as the Use Cases, User Stories, Wire Framing, Storyboards and Story Mapping.
  • Having taken the BA lead end-to-end, providing SME through from business requiements definitoin through to functional specifcations and functional testing during build or test cycles. 
Essential Experience Required:
  • Extensive experience working with multiple disciplinary teams including skills such as solution architecture, operating model SMEs, Process Design, Digital and Technology SMEs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing requirements.
  • To document processes & requirements to ensure smooth workflow, using techniques such as Use Cases, User Stories, Wire Framing, Storyboards and Story Mapping.
  • An individual with a customer first mindset who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable.
  • An individual, who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.
  • An individual with the capability to combine a short term, pragmatic focus with medium term planning.
  • A resilient and enthusiastic candidate who responds constructively to new ideas and inputs.
  • A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas.
  • An effective team player, who actively develops and supports team members.
  • Has experience working within Agile teams to deliver project and familiar with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
