Position Description:

Skills Required:

• Synthesise research findings and unearth systems-level patterns and frameworks
• Develop creative storytelling tools to enable designing for user goals, values and aspirations

Skills Preferred:

• Lead interdisciplinary teams through the design process, where harmonious collaboration is imperative
• Design compelling research experiences that generate actionable insights

Experience Required:

Extensive qualitative research experience, working in highly collaborative teams

Experience Preferred:

Experience utilizing design thinking and/or human-centred design in large organisations

Education Required:

Bachelors degree in sociology, anthropology, psychology, design or another liberal arts degree

Education Preferred:

Masters or PhD in sociology, anthropology, psychology, design, or another liberal arts degree
